How do you use Teamviewer?

  1. Click the ‘Download TeamViewer’ button below, a new screen will open.
  2. Download the Teamviewer-file and select this file in your download-folder.
  3. TeamViewer will show you an ID and password. If you give these to us, we can make a connection. (Every session has its own specific password, so when the session closes, you can’t log in with this password again.
  4. When the connection is established, we both have access to your computer (for the duration of the session).
