We’ve had our phones with IDeACOM for over 3 years and have had very few problems in that time. When we did have a problem they took care of it fast and easy. The company we had used before that for an internet-based phone service was always going down and we never could get a hold of them when we needed them. It was incredibly frustrating! As head of maintenance and facilities at St. Mary’s Cathedral for the past 23 years we have worked nearly that long with the team at IDeACOM on phone systems, school intercom, security, cameras and door pass cards.
